It challenges design practice to develop capabilities far beyond "good taste" — to become fluent in neuroscience, psychology and the invisible forces that shape human experience. It also must be married with exceptionally rigorous architectural, construction, financial, and design knowledge in order to be executed. It's hard because anything worth transforming always is.

It treats the home as sanctuary, the design process as ritual, and the outcome as a daily practice of reconnection with one's deepest truth.
